Mrs. Beauregarde is Violet's mom.She comes with her to the Chocolate Factory. She is married to Mr.Beauregarde. (Mr. Beauregarde is not shown in the 2005 film.)
Like her daughter, Mrs. Beauregarde is extremely competitive and encourages Violet in this behavior. She and Violet are often seen wearing matching outfits. She even displays a nerotic side when she considers entering Blueberry Violet into a county fair.
Mrs. Beauregarde is shown flirting with Willy Wonka upon learning of chocolate's ability to produce pheromones, but it may have been a ploy to ensure her daughter's victory.
